Hello!

Nice to meet you. I’m Daniel Skehan.

As an independent contractor and entreprenuer for over 20 years, I’ve implemented a variety of creative solutions and business strategies for myriad industries. From real estate transactions to website solutions, brand consultation and more, you can think of me as as the ultimate utility player poised to help propel your goals forward.

I'm currently pursuing new paths in real estate partnerships, SME consulting and brand architecture along with Big Island sustainable business development. I’d love to hear from you!

At my core.

  • Adept at evaluating complex problems and providing inventive and value-added solutions. Uniquely able to communicate to both ultra left and right brained thinkers.

  • 15+ years as a successful commission-only based independent contractor and business owner.

  • I’m never in it for the quick sale. When it comes to business relationships, I believe slow and steady wins the race.

  • Just because it can’t be seen doesn’t mean it’s not right in front of our noses. I’m always seeking for alternative or more efficient ways to get the deal done.

Born and raised in Indiana, I’ve continued to venture west for work and play. First Chicago, then Silicon Valley, and now the Big Island, HI. Aloha!

Currently @ PERSONIFY, INC.

Personify, a full-service branding studio, was started by my beautifully talented wife, Krista Skehan, in 2005. I joined her in 2009 following ± 10 years in commercial real estate.  What was intended to be a temporary career placeholder, turned out to be an exciting entreprenueral endeavor which satisfies my unique ability and desire to bounce back and forth between analytical and creative roles. I’ve served a variety of clients over the years ranging from real estate professionals, to venture capital, hospitality, non-profits, and more. I’m passionate about adding value to businesses whether it be through creative strategies or operational efficiencies.
